About the Role Elaborate solutions to satisfy customer requirements and achieve the company budget through the tools and testing equipment in the responsibility of the Application Engineering team. Monitor and support the Sales Offer Procedure. Responsibilities On the basis of specific client requirements, elaborate the solutions that could be applied to the required projects. Support sales engineers in customer calls for quotations of complex systems or when the collection of more technical information or further details is necessary. Find the correct solution to execute technical proposals. Evaluate the implementation through the system layout and cost estimating of necessary components or modules. Ask for quotations from external suppliers and evaluate estimates. Give technical support to other company departments for the segment / product lines under one’s responsibility. Collaborate with sales team for problems related to customer production or any other complaint. Collaborate with marketing department to give technical support to market evolution. Responsible for the testing of product and dosing to ensure correct solution provided. Test the formats to validate the sizing of the requested sachet to minimize risks during production and startup. What You Need to Be Successful Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering; Minimum 3 years’ experience from an engineering function; Knowledge of the product. An experience in the packaging sector will be considered a plus; Project management, customer awareness and customer technology skills; Experience in Cost estimate, Pay-off calculation and administrative tasks; Knowledge of AutoDesk CAD Tools 2D/3D and/or SolidWorks; Negotiation and Presentation abilities; Availability to travel worldwide when needed; Fluency in English. Other European languages, like French, will be considered a plus. Our Offer Permanent contract; Life insurance; Private parking.
