Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (Full-Time, In-Office Valencia, Spain) Salary: €3,500 gross/month + performance bonus Focus: US Market Location: Valencia, Spain (in-office) About Svibe Svibe is a fast-growing global wellness brand reshaping the conversation around pleasure and intimacy through design-led, sexologist-developed products. With customers across Globally, we combine science, design, and sensuality to create next-generation wellness experiences. The Role We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of Svibe’s creator and affiliate strategy — driving measurable growth through paid collaborations and long-term partnerships. You’ll manage influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, recruit and negotiate with creators, and scale Svibe’s affiliate network — primarily focused on the US market. If you’re analytical, creative, and passionate about turning influencer storytelling into performance-driven growth, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Own the influencer and affiliate channel as a growth function Design and execute paid influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Recruit, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with Svibe’s brand and conversion goals Negotiate paid, hybrid, and performance-based creator agreements Own budget allocation, CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution from influencers Scale and optimise Svibe’s affiliate program with a performance-first mindset Build repeat creator partnerships and long-term ambassador relationships Collaborate with brand and content teams on strategic launches and PR-led activations Analyse performance, document learnings, and continuously improve channel efficiency Stay ahead of US creator trends, platform changes, and influencer tooling What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years of influencer marketing experience (brand or agency) Proven ownership of an influencer channel , not just campaign execution Strong experience with paid influencer campaigns and affiliate models Deep understanding of performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV Confident negotiator, comfortable managing creators independently Excellent English communication and copy skills (US-facing) Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Nice to haves Background in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or sexual wellness Experience with Shopify-based ecosystems and affiliate tools Existing network of US-based creators or agencies Comfort working in regulated or restricted ad categories What we offer €3,500 gross/month base salary Performance-based bonus tied to channel results International brand with real ownership and decision-making power Design-led, ambitious, and collaborative in-office culture in Valencia Clear growth path as the channel scales
