From our early days we are in constant evolution and presently we would like now to add in our staff a Tech Lead (Node/React) Our main goal is to offer highly qualified technology solutions in an innovative and creative environment through a diverse team of highly skilled engineers. We offer an enriching and collaborative work environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as a software developer while working on interesting and meaningful projects. Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected. Design, build, and review scalable frontend solutions using React and modern frontend practices. Drive backend development with ensuring clean APIs and solid architecture. Define and promote best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation. Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines , leveraging GitHub Actions and automation. Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Ensure high standards in deployment and operations using Docker and Kubernetes Stay up to date with new technologies and drive continuous improvement across the development workflow. Work within an Agile environment , balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
