Please visit our website: Job Description Turner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.  Due to continued growth in our Madrid office, our Project Management team in Madrid is looking to appoint an Junior Project Manager to work on exciting Life Sciences Projects. Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators Tracking and documenting changes Preparing written project communication materials Qualifications Degree or its equivalent in Life Sciences, Architecture, Construction Management  Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred Understanding of project life cycle Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally public sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent Spanish and English Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
