Ready to design and scale data systems that power AI-driven marketing? As a Data Engineer, you'll build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines supporting over 1 million weekly predictions. You'll own architecture, integration, and data quality, working closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to transform data into actionable insights and boost our AI strategy. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site) Salary: Up to 55k+ performance bonus Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP, dbt, and Airbyte Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements Support ML model deployment and maintenance 3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT, modeling, warehousing) ~ Strong Python and advanced SQL skills ~ Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform ~ Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal for orchestration ~ Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) Exposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environments Private health insurance Hybrid work (3 days remote) Modern office in Sant Cugat with chill zones and kitchen Work on high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and make a difference in AI-driven marketing.
