Social network you want to login/join with: First Point Group is recruiting for a Head of Sales (fluent English + Spanish/French speaker ) with proven success in winning new business (in the area of SaaS / Software Solutions) with Tier 1 telecom operators / carriers in Europe and/or Americas / LATAM region. The successful candidate will have experience related to telecom roaming technology & services. Our client is a global telecom service and solutions provider specialising in telecommunication VOLTE / 4G / 5G telecom roaming services. Candidates with no previous experience of winning business from telecom major network operators will not be considered. PLEASE NOTE – sponsorship cannot be provided. Candidates must live in Europe with valid rights to work. JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join an established provider of telecom SaaS services and solutions. You will lead the organisation’s global sales strategy and be instrumental in driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, tactical plans, and targeted activities that attract, convert, and retain high-value clients across multiple territories. In addition to direct business development responsibilities, you will lead a small, experienced sales team—setting the standard for high performance, accurate forecasting, and consistent results. Your leadership will play a key role in driving profitability and executing the company’s commercial growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the global sales strategy, aligning it with the company’s commercial goals. Personally lead sales efforts across strategic accounts while supporting the growth of the wider sales team.
