Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Cloud Solutions Architect to strengthen our dynamic architecture team at Strada. If you are an architect looking to expand your horizons or a senior developer aspiring to transition into product architecture, come join our team You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and help shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable software architectures under the guidance of senior architects.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Strada’s Well-Architected Framework on Azure.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure architectural principles are followed and implemented effectively.
  • Enforce architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines across the development teams.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Support the migration of existing applications to cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on Strada’s architecture.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a lead developer or currently an architect.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with the Azure Cloud platform and Azure’s Well-Architected Framework.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOA.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
