Sector: Alimentación – Centro Técnico de Innovación ¿Tienes experiencia en proyectos CapEx y transformación industrial dentro de entornos técnicos o I+D? Buscamos un/a ingeniero/a con capacidad para liderar la transformación de un centro técnico, en una compañía internacional referente del sector alimentación y bebidas. Formarás parte del equipo de Ingeniería del Centro Técnico de Tordera, dando soporte directo a los proyectos de transformación y expansión de este hub de I+D+i a nivel internacional. #Liderar y coordinar múltiples proyectos CapEx en el centro técnico: laboratorios, planta piloto, zonas técnicas, etc. Asegurar la correcta ejecución documental (S&G, RAM), seguimiento de presupuesto y cumplimiento de plazos. Gestionar la relación con stakeholders internos (Packaging, Legal, PRL...) y proveedores externos. Navegar por las herramientas internas de gobernanza de proyectos y coordinar cargas en sistema. ✅ Formación en Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Química...). Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos industriales, idealmente en entornos de I+D o plantas técnicas. Nivel de inglés alto (trabajo en entorno internacional). Conocimiento de metodologías de gobernanza CapEx y documentación técnica. Se valorará experiencia en sector alimentación, farma o cosmética #Proyecto en una compañía internacional líder en innovación y sostenibilidad. Participación directa en la transformación de un centro técnico clave para el grupo. Entorno colaborativo, multicultural y con foco en la mejora continua.
