Revolutionize the Future of Artificial Intelligence with Financial Strategy and Innovation We’re seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Financial Analyst to drive the financial strategy for the high‑growth Advertising business directly supporting the GenAI Creative Experience product organization. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape transformative AI products that redefine how shoppers and viewers engage with ads. Key Job Responsibilities Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business (e.g., weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews). Partner with Creative Formats and the creative optimization product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze initiatives and results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities. Support growth of the advertising business by evaluating and understanding shopper and advertiser needs and value drivers, supporting strategic initiatives, and forecasting high‑impact growth strategies. Uphold and enforce an environment of strong financial controllership. A Day in the Life If you are a driven self‑starter who enjoys using analytical skills, diving deep, and building new models, this will be a good match. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to simplify and scale our business through thoughtful analyses and partnerships with different stakeholders. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes. Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results. Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards). The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
