Es por eso que estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro próxim@ Software Engineer SR & SSr para ser parte de un equipo de alto rendimiento cuyos principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Definir e implementar pruebas sobre el happy path y casos borde.
  • Diseñar e implementar colecciones, documentos y consultas en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Proponer mejoras al framework de desarrollo.
  • Preparar, revisar y aprobar pull requests con un enfoque en calidad y documentación, dejando comentarios que potencien al equipo.
  • Asegurar la calidad en el paso a producción de las iniciativas en las que participe.
  • Realizar debugging de problemas en desarrollo, staging y producción utilizando Datadog.
  • Resolver problemas de mediana complejidad que incluyan orquestaciones entre servicios y cuando aplicar llamadas síncronas o asíncronas.
  • Solucionar problemas de end to end.
  • Ofrecer mentoría a compañeros más junior en la integración y despliegue de sus soluciones.
  • Proponer e implementar soluciones aplicando principios de escalabilidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad.

Esperamos que quien ocupe el rol, reúna las siguientes características:

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia construyendo productos digitales: apps, web o APIs.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo con alguna tecnología backend.
  • Conocimiento en bases de datos: modelado de datos, optimización de consultas.
  • Pensamiento crítico y capacidad de resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
  • Habilidad para ofrecer mentoría.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Conocimientos en Typescript y NestJS.
  • Experiencia en frontend con React y NextJS.
  • Comunicación asíncrona mediante colas y eventos.
  • Experiencia en AWS y procesos DevOps.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
