Position OverviewThe Legal & Compliance Junior position supports the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day legal and compliance activities. The role provides hands-on exposure to AML, regulatory compliance, corporate documentation, and due diligence processes, while offering the opportunity to learn and develop within an international environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including the collection, review, and organization of documentation.Maintain and organize KYC/AML files and internal compliance records.Assist in monitoring regulatory developments related to AML and financial crime.Support the preparation, updating, and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures.Support the Legal & Compliance team in the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements.Assist in identifying and assessing money laundering and terrorist financing risks under supervision.Conduct basic legal research on corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters.Draft, coordinate and maintain corporate governance documentation, including the preparation of board/shareholder minutes and written resolutions for group entities, ensuring proper approvals, execution and archiving.Support statutory filing and corporate secretarial compliance by preparing, compiling and submitting required registry filings (including annual accounts, corporate changes and other mandatory corporate records) with the relevant commercial registries and authorities, under supervision.Assist with the drafting, review and administration of intragroup documentation, including intragroup agreements (e.g., service arrangements, intercompany loans, guarantees, cost-sharing and delegations), and maintain an organised repository and status tracker for execution and renewals.Support due diligence processes by gathering and organizing relevant information and documents.Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance team in daily tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.Experience in compliance, regulatory, audit, or legal roles within financial institutions or advisory firms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.Full proficiency in English is required.Preferred Years of Experience: 0-2 years.Location: Madrid.Start date: Q1 2026.Please send your CV in English.
