Responsibilities Resource and schedule management: support definition of PERT and integrated master schedule. Monitoring & reporting: consolidate bid and project deliverables, prepare dashboards, KPIs, milestones reviews, workload reviews, and EVM when applicable. Risks & opportunities: update the Risks & Opportunities Register. Bid and project reviews: prepare data packages for bid and project reviews, monitor punctuality of bid & project reviews. Finance: support estimate pack during bid phase, budget allocation in tools, invoicing. Data management: support and control bid documentation, update compliance matrices, data management tools, and project data repositories. Capitalization: record quantitative capitalization, collect lessons learned, prepare closure review. Manage and negotiate with customer/end‑user. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in telecom, aeronautics, naval, industrial engineering. More than 2 years of experience in project management with customer interaction. Experience in multidisciplinary projects. Leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Advanced English (oral & written) and high or native Spanish. Master’s in aeronautics, defense or similar (valuable). Experience in defense or aeronautics sector. Certification in project management (IPMA C, PMI, PRINCE2, PM²) (valuable). Knowledge of planning tools (EPM, Primavera). French (oral & written) (valuable). Benefits Flexible working hours. Intensive working days on Fridays and during summer.
