El departamento de Asset Management busca la optimización de los resultados del hotel, haciendo rentables los espacios disponibles. Este incremento de la rentabilidad se puede conseguir mediante el arrendamiento de sus espacios, a través de: · Renovación de contratos antiguos, · Identificación de nuevos espacios, Firma de Acuerdos Marco/Joint Ventures. Dentro del área de Asset Management (Real Estate) tu plan formativo consistiráen que puedas aprender y contribuir en las siguientes funciones: Gestión documental del departamento. Mantener actualizada la base de datos y colaborar en la digitalización. Realización de informes por Marca/Propiedad con el estado de las negociaciones actuales. Realización de fichas comerciales de los espacios disponibles. Estudios de mercado de las ubicaciones disponibles. ¿ Qué estamos buscando?
