That's what #LifeAtCummins is all about. We are looking for a talented  Software Engineer I to join our team specializing in IT for our CUMMINS in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Collaborating with a variety of people in multiple Engineering teams across Cummins, management and information technology (IT) staff during the creation, implementation and maintenance of a system. Define application interfaces, integrations, and Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs). Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business value and maintain strong working relationships. Ability to work and learn with multiple technologies and platforms. Collaborate with Engineering to design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with business needs. Translate business requirements into system specifications, architecture, and applications. Analyze system requirements, data flows, and processes to define effective technical solutions. Follow software development lifecycle best practices, ensuring quality, documentation, and timely delivery. Continuously improve applications and solutions through analysis and modernization.
