Full remote preferred locations: France, Germany, Italy (Milan), Spain, UK.TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full time. SALARY RANGE: 90-100K + BONUS + MEAL VOUCHERS.What you'll do Develop strategic and empathetic insights for our consumers.Own and drive the overall roadmap for consumer engagement from the first landing on our website to the point of purchase, spanning days to months.Lead initiatives to match consumer intents with effective digital solutions, increasing engagement and utility.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to drive business and user outcomes.Drive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design, User Research) and cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) for wider roll-out or test-and-learn pilots.Demonstrate end-to-end product delivery (writing requirements/specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, wireframes).Contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to the product.Prototype rapidly, validate strategy, and analyze using AI/Large Language Models tools.What we’re looking for 8+ years of experience in product management roles in digital-first or technology-led product companies.Demonstrated success in crafting and scaling international consumer products with measurable impact on user engagement and business KPIs.Strong analytical mindset; practical experience in user research and UI/UX.Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle and in using AI tools to boost productivity.Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams; excellent project management, scheduling and prioritisation skills.You will love working at WeRoad if You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn\'t think possible.
