About The Role As aSenior Electronics Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing the electronic systems that power our autonomous flying robots. You'll lead a talented team, shape the hardware architecture, and ensure reliability and performance across the entire product lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to real-world missions in underground environments. If you're passionate abouthardware innovation,embedded systems, andpushing the limits of robotics, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development and validation of electronic hardware, coordinating a team of engineers and reporting to CTO. The role covers the full cycle from concept to testing, including prototyping, integration and support during field operations. Your Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electronics and firmware engineers. Define and develop hardware architectures for our autonomous platforms. Oversee firmware design and integration to ensure optimal performance. Customize Linux-based operating systems to maximize hardware-software efficiency. Design complex schematics and PCB layouts (including BGA, high-speed routing, thermal management, etc.) for high-density embedded systems. Drive prototyping, testing, and validation of electronic systems. Define and implement quality control procedures. Manage suppliers and follow up on component sourcing and production. Support integration and testing phases, includingon-site operations(national and international travel may be required). What We Are Looking For Degree inElectronics Engineering,Telecommunications, or a related field. 5+ yearsof experience in electronic hardware design for embedded systems (experience in robotics, drones, or industrial devices is a plus). Advanced proficiency withAltium Designer. StrongMCU programmingskills and experience optimizing hardware-software interaction (Linux device-tree expertise knowledge). Familiarity withFPGA development(a plus). Hands-on experience withembedded processorsandhigh-speed communication buses(CSI, USB3.x, SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, CSI). Solid understanding ofpower electronics,battery management, andmotor drivers. Skilled inhardware prototyping, debugging, and lab testing. Fluent English(B2 level or higher).
