Weitere Informationen unter: (+ 0 DIE POSITION - Darum geht es bei uns In Ihrer zukünftigen Position als Application Support Engineer (m/w/d) sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und unterstützen diese durch Ihre selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise bei Fragen und Herausforderungen rund um unsere Software. DIE AUFGABEN - Damit bewirken Sie etwas Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden kompetent bei auftretenden Fragen und technischen Problemen rund um unsere Softwarelösungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären Teams, insbesondere dem Projektmanagement und der Produktentwicklung, zusammen, um nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten. Sie führen Schulungen zu technischen und produktbezogenen Funktionen durch und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung der Softwarenutzung beim Kunden bei. Sie überwachen proaktiv Hosting- und Anwendungsdienste und stellen eine hohe Systemverfügbarkeit sowie einen stabilen Betrieb sicher. DIE ANFORDERUNGEN - Das macht Sie erfolgreich Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Softwarelösungen sind von Vorteil. Sie bringen grundlegende Kenntnisse in SQL sowie im Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen mit. Grundkenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache wie C++ sind von Vorteil, weitere Kenntnisse (z. B. C, Cobol oder AS400) können im Rahmen der Tätigkeit vertieft werden. Idealerweise haben Sie erste Einblicke in Warehouse-Management-Systeme oder vergleichbare Anwendungen gewonnen. Sie verfügen über gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch als auch in Englisch und arbeiten gerne im Team.
