Main tasks:Update the hotel bulletin boards with the latest news improving the internal communication of the companyKeep daily track of the hotel canteen employee diners, updating the list of employees according to the day and department.Monthly send the report to the finance departmentPrepare welcome folders for new employees and trainees Assist in the welcome of our new employees and traineesAssist in the follow-up with the documentation of new employees and trainees Assist in the assembly of training rooms according to the type of training to be carried outAnswer the phone according to the telephone etiquetteReply emails according to the company’s standardsSolve students doubts and concerns anticipating their needsSolve employees and trainees incidents Follow up on Health and Safety summaries (Risk management)Control and follow up of birthday greetings for the different departmentsUpdate our internal communication document monthly according to our pillars, guiding principles and relevant employee informationAssist in the control of employee’s lockersPrepare the necessary documentation and certificates of trainees’ completion before they finish their internshipAssist L&D Director in preparing the material for trainings and introducing quality data into the systemAssist P&C Coordinator and P&C Manager in the recruitment and selection tasksAssist Director of People and Culture in all the projects that could be running at that timeLanguages:Spanish: native or full competenceEnglish: advancedOther language will be a plusRequirements:6 months of internship - non remotefull time position (40h a week, 8 hours a day with 2 days off)to have an internship agreement with a school or universityadvance knowledge of computing programsadvance knowledge of the Hospitality Industry & Human Resources Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
