Consultor SAP SuccessFactors (Senior) - Operaciones Globales Location: Remote / Hybrid out of Madrid Type of contract: Permanent (Indefinite) Languages: Spanish (Native/Advanced) and English (Professional) Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our global center of excellence. In this role, you will be the bridge between HR needs and technology, leading implementations, optimisations, and evolutionary support of our platform globally. You'll work in a multicultural environment, impacting the experience of thousands of employees. Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Design: Lead the technical and functional configuration of the SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central, LMS or Recruitment). Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Life Cycle Management: Monitor semi-annual SAP updates, evaluating the impact of new functionalities and managing their adoption. Integrations: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data flow between SF and other systems (SAP HCM On-Premise, external payroll, or third-party systems). Profile Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of direct SAP SuccessFactors consulting or support experience. Certifications: Current certification in at least one core module (preferably Employee Central ). Languages: Fluent level of Spanish and English (ability to lead technical meetings in both languages).
