Grow- is searching for an Inside Sales Executive with spanish, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.Position: Inside Sales Executive Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and identify potential hosts for our clients properties. Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media. Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability. Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts. Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development. Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features. Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease. Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach. Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
