Job Title: Real Estate Agent Job Type: Full-Time Location: Caribbean (Remote) Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales About: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent with strong marketing, sales, and client relationship management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client pipelines, strategizing marketing campaigns, and maximizing exposure of listings across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community engagement. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings, including social media campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and promotional materials. Create compelling property presentations, listing descriptions, and online advertisements. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, property staging, and competitive positioning. Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the sales and closing process. Maintain accurate records of interactions, listings, offers, and sales through CRM tools. Collaborate with photographers, stagers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate regulations. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or related business development roles Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. Valid real estate license in jurisdiction (or willingness to obtain). Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is an asset.
