We provide UA, monetization, funding, analytics, and creative support, tailored to each game\'s unique needs.We work across genres (not just hyper-casual), and we\'re building a lean, high-impact publishing team in Europe — where product quality, game feel, and creative thinking come first.Your RoleAs a Publishing Producer, you\'ll act as the product owner for a portfolio of external mobile games. This is not a task manager role — it\'s a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role focused on helping each game reach its market potential. You\'ll collaborate with developers to shape gameplay, retention, monetization, and FTUE; drive test plans and iterations; and lead games from initial build through launch and scale. You\'ll work closely with internal UA, Creative, and Tech teams — and play a central role in improving the game itself, not just managing timelines.Your ResponsibilitiesProduct & Project OwnershipOwn and manage the lifecycle of each game — from pitch to post-launchDefine testing plans, success KPIs, timelines, and prioritiesCoordinate with developers and internal teams to keep projects on trackProactively assess risks, delays, and performance issuesGame Quality & Product ThinkingEvaluate and improve gameplay loops, FTUE, UX, progression, and monetizationIdentify weak points in player experience and retentionTurn high-level problems into testable, actionable solutionsDesign and prioritize features, updates, and A/B tests that impact KPIsAct as the product voice inside the publishing teamCross-Team Communication & AlignmentAct as the bridge between developer and UA, Creative, Tech, and OpsAlign teams around build quality, creative strategy, and next stepsMaintain documentation: test logs, build feedback, feature roadmapsSupport creative testing (ad concepts, store assets, positioning)Who You AreExperienced: 3+ years in mobile F2P games (publisher, studio, or hybrid role), as a producer, product owner, or game designer.Game design-savvy: You understand what makes a game fun and retainable.
