Start: Immediately.About Next Level Affiliate MarketingNext Level Affiliate Marketing is a specialized B2C e‑commerce agency. For over 15 years we develop data‑driven affiliate strategies for strong D2C brands across Europe. Our team works directly from Palma de Mallorca – international, focused, growth oriented.ResponsibilitiesInbound and outbound sales pipeline: first contact with prospective customers via phone, email, social media.Qualify leads: assess need, budget, decision structure.Schedule qualified appointments and hand them over to the next stage of the sales process.Document and maintain all activities in CRM (Zoho).QualificationsFluent German (C1+), very good English.Enjoy direct communication – especially on the phone.Reliable, structured, and self‑responsible work style.Willingness to work long‑term in Palma de Mallorca (or already live here).Experience in sales or outbound sales helpful but not required.BenefitsOn‑site onboarding and close collaboration with the sales team.Permanent contract with fixed salary + attractive commission.International team, modern office in central Palma.Clear structures, good organization, professional sales processes.Coffee, drinks & fruit in the office.23 vacation days.ApplyReady to grow with us?
