About the Role We're looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer to support the validation, integration, and delivery of complex, customer-specific network solutions. This is a highly technical, hands-on, and customer-facing role, ideal for a senior network engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, validating designs, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of next-generation network technologies. You'll work closely with internal engineering teams, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are properly validated and delivered in line with customer requirements. What You Will Do Plan and execute solution validation activities in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders Implement and integrate complex network platforms and technologies in laboratory environments Validate architectures, develop test plans, and document results clearly Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, VPN, and MPLS environments Collaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and drive successful solution delivery Act as a technical point of contact for customers during solution validation and delivery phases Requirements (Must-Have) +5 years experience working with Catalyst 8ks, ASRs and ISR.
