Combining design-driven innovation with over 145 years of shoemaking heritage, we are a certified B Corp that creates collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.About the RoleThe position will be responsible for certain operations related to logistics within the Logistics Department of the Camper Headquarters (HQ).Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries with transport agencies.Daily tracking of orders, shipments, and transport routes, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.Logistics documentation and invoice verification management: managing, verifying, and filing invoices and customs documents.Manage and control costs associated with transport and warehouse services.Proactively communicate with carriers, the warehouse, and other departments to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.Communicate demand/production to suppliers (warehouse, carriers) to secure the required capacity.Enter, update, and manage data in the logistics-specific management system (ERP/WMS), such as creating deliveries for preparation, performing inventory adjustments, and updating events/dates for goods traceability.REQUIREMENTS:Degree: Higher Degree in Logistics and Transport or Administration and Finance, or University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.Experience: Desirable to have 1-3 years of work experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position.Experience in project management and a predisposition to apply technology to planning and logistics will be valued.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and desirable experience in SAP (or any other ERP) and transport management tools.Good communication skills: ability to convey clear instructions both orally and in writing.Affinity for the CAMPER and NNORMAL brands.Immediate start date with a flexible schedule.You will be part of a leading company in the fashion sector, dynamic, innovative, highly aware and committed to sustainability, with a close and inspiring working environment.We value the differences that diversity brings to our brand and uphold this as part of our company values.We aim to provide a working environment that fosters inclusion, fairness, equity, and respect for social and cultural diversity and that is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
