Between two and five years of development experience in a professional environment. Be permanently located in Spain, preferably in Madrid, and be able to work legally in the country. We are currently unable to sponsor work permit visas. Bachelor’s degree or academic certification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar field. Hands‑on development experience with at least one of the following programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc. We’d also love to know if you’re as big a fan of functional programming as we are Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ownership, strong analytical and communication skills, and a drive to exceed expectations. Experience using Agile Methodologies and CI/CD techniques such as TDD. Sharpen your soft skills through training, book clubs, conferences, direct client interaction, and other fun team‑building events Collaborate with dynamic international teams, employing a clean and pragmatic approach to define project roadmaps, select technologies, and seamlessly integrate them. Conduct code reviews to pinpoint and apply the best software practices. Offer guidance to our clients, implement technical solutions, and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Contribute to internal and external community initiatives to boost our brand awareness in Spain. Help onboard and mentor new developers if you enjoy supporting others to achieve technical excellence.
