Join Uptalent.io and be part of our mission to connect exceptional talent with innovative organizations.Responsibilities Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverablesProduce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materialsConduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendationsEnsure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverablesQualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldProficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential ProjectsPrevious experience working for the US or European MarketsExperience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentationsKnowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluency in English (both written and spoken)Portfolio showcasing previous architectural work in ArchicadOpen to work on Full-Time positions, as well as Part-Time or flexible Per Hour formatsBenefits Work From Home or anywhereHighly Competitive CompensationWork for the most exciting companies in the USFlexible ScheduleHealthy Work-Life Balance#J-18808-Ljbffr
