Product & R&D Manager

We are looking for a Product & R&D Manager with strong product instinct, execution mindset and a genuine passion for gaming (casual or console gamer – must). This is a hybrid role across hardware, drops, software exploration and product operations.You will work closely with the founders to launch new products, coordinate internal and external teams and push forward innovation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will own work across 3 product boards :A) Product Management – Essentials (New Hardware) – Collect, structure and refine hardware ideas with the founders– Lead user and market validation– Collaborate with design and engineering teams– Manage hardware development projects end to endA2) Product Management – Drops – Plan and manage fast launch cycles– Coordinate with partners, creators and marketing– Ensure on time and on quality deliveryB) R&D – Explore emerging product opportunities across hardware and software– Run lightweight validation and prototyping when needed– Support experimentation on AI driven concepts and new categories (eg glasses, wearables, accessories)C) Product Operations – Co-lead Product Ops– Purchasing and supply planning– Supplier management and cost tracking– Maintain product specs and documentation up to dateRequirements – 3 to 5 years experience in product, hardware, CE, innovation or related fields– Able to manage multidisciplinary projects and timelines– Comfort working with suppliers and factories, ideally in Asia– Strong communication and cross functional coordination– Casual or console gamer – must– Fluent professional EnglishNice to have – Product or industrial design sensibility– Understanding of margin, cost structure or basic P&L– Experience with consumer electronics development– Chinese language or previous China manufacturing exposureWhat we offer – Core role shaping our product roadmap– Hands on exposure to hardware, drops, software and operations– Fast moving environment with autonomy and ownership– Growth path towards Head of Product
