You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the priorit‑oization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.Our best product managers are domain experts and enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest trends. See those ideas come to life.Presentations – speak to internal and external stakeholders, including industry analysts and at ADP Board level to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.To succeed in this role you’ll haveA proven track record in product management; and experience in the HCM space, ideally in Talent Management or Employee ExperienceExperience working on mid‑market SaaS products with strong adoption and NPS outcomesA strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of mid‑sized businesses (50–1000 employees)Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in agile development environments with modern product and analytics toolsProven ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive alignment across product, design, engineering, and business teamsKnowledge of current industry trends and competitor जबकि offerings; and be curious and adaptable to changeA Batchelors degree is great but not required.
