Position Summary The Cellular and Molecular Mechanobiology Group is looking for a Laboratory Technician to take responsibility for the management of the laboratory. The successful candidate will act as a laboratory manager and provide experimental support to the interdisciplinary research carried out in the lab. After a test period, the position offered is of indefinite duration, and does not depend on a specific project of the laboratory. Responsibilities Handling of orders and stock management Quantification of proteins, mRNA, cloning (Molecular biology) Cell culture Cell biology and microscopy experiments General laboratory organization Essential Qualifications Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) in Analysis and Quality Control Laboratories, Chemistry degree, Biology degree, Biotechnology degree. Other relevant related degrees, are also welcome. Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking. Good level of English Experience in lab management or technician positions. Advantageous Qualifications Experience in cell culture. Experience in large research groups. We Offer Number of available positions : 1 Starting date : July 2023 Working conditions : Full time Permanent position (Specific Rate of Replacement for the stabilization of temporary work, requested by the Administration of the Generalitat based on the 4th additional provision of Royal Decree Law 32 / 2021, of December 28.
