Overview Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals. Job title: Sales Executive Italy - M/F/NB (Barcelona) — based in Barcelona with responsibility for the Italian market. Direct manager: Sales Lead for the Italian market. Team: part of the Sales unit (approx. 40 people). Job Description Team: In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units: Supply , Sales , and Customer Care . Supply: deals with boat owners to maximise revenue and ensure high service quality. Sales: supports tenants through the booking process from quotations to closing the deal. Customer Care: point of contact after a booking is closed, handling modifications, cancellations, insurance or accident issues, etc. As a Sales executive dedicated to the Italian market , you will join the IT team within the Sales unit. You will report to the Sales Lead for the Italian market. The team size is on average 40 people. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients interested in booking boats. No cold calling; work with warm leads already in your pipeline. Understand customers' needs and advise on boat searches; negotiate the best deals with Click&Boat boat owners. Maximise conversion rate by applying sales strategies and guiding customers throughout the sales process until closure; provide all booking information to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty so customers think of Click&Boat for future sailing needs. Annual target available, which may be distributed monthly or quarterly.
