The Content Lead provides guidance, operational support, and ensures content quality and consistency. Lead and mentor CMS editors to ensure consistent content quality. • Act as backup for the PM during PTO or absence, ensuring continuity in planning and execution. • Maintain and update CMS training materials, incorporating platform changes. • Apply UX principles to guide content structure, readability, and user engagement. • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines. • Use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Drupal CMS. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to step into a PM role when needed. • Proven ability to lead and mentor content editors. • Solid understanding of UX principles and their application to digital content. • Experience using Jira and Confluence. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. ~3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS. ~ Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows). ~ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts. ~ Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus. ~ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously. ~ Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment.
