6 / 12 Month Contract - ON DEMAND Contract (Can work alongside current position) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in Spanish PY to join our SAP HCM team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Spanish statutory requirements, end-to-end payroll configuration, and integration with SAP HR and time management modules. This role requires hands‑on configuration skills, experience in international payroll environments, and strong stakeholder communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll for Spain Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll system solutions Ensure compliance with Spanish, legal, and social security regulations Perform payroll schema and rule configuration (PCRs, schemas, wage types, etc.) Support integration with Time Management, PA / OM, and Finance FI / CO) modules Handle payroll testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities Liaise with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external vendors Support payroll year‑end activities including reporting and audits Provide documentation and knowledge
