Senior Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)Join Paradox EN to lead growth and shape how millions grow, learn, and act on their potential. This is a full‑time position, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.French and English fluency are required.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit.Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t, and refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on: map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure machine integrity, and manage budget scaling.Lead relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing) – design, launch, and analyze tests yourself, dig into data, audit friction points, and implement fixes immediately.Explore and scale acquisition channels. Oversee paid social, identify next winning channels, and maximize ROI/ROAS.Act as the client of the Content Factory: analyze ad performance, provide data‑backed briefs, and scale winning angles.Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion, and identify constraints.Provide “player‑coach” leadership: manage the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM), build talent, train, and hold the team to excellence.Align growth with sales: focus on high‑intent leads, adjust targeting, and use a tight feedback loop with the sales team to raise appointment and deal‑closure rates.Tools to MasterGA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any data‑driven tool that reveals hidden insights.KPIs to OwnLTV / CAC ratioFunnel conversion rates by stageNumber of experiments launched per weekDesired OutcomesConversion rates 2× better than baseline.Continuous growth experimentation.A predictable, repeatable growth engine.ExperienceMinimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, activation, or conversion.CompetenciesGrowth diagnosis & system thinking.Persuasion & behavioral insight.Analytical rigor.PersonalityCuriosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do.Hands‑on execution.Precision: clarity in hypotheses, clean data, unambiguous results.Agility: move fast, adapt instantly, turn insights into tests within hours.Language RequirementsFrench: native / bilingual.English: fluent written and conversational.Written communication is in English.Employment TypeFull‑time.LocationRemote or from Paradox offices in Dubai or Lisbon.Hiring Process6‑8 minute application survey.15‑30 minute video call with HR to assess fit.Video call focused on your career with VP Marketing.Culture‑fit video call.Reference calls.Welcome aboard ceremony.BenefitsFlexible working hours.Remote culture from day one.Office in Dubai, Paris, or Lisbon.Company contributions to gym or fitness (350 € per year).Book or education stipend (150 €).Regular 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
