Job Description Hybrid position based in Malaga, Spain or Warsaw, Poland. We are looking for someone to fill the position of Production Support and Administration in the area of electronic platforms. Providing N2 support for the application to the N0 and N1 teams. Assisting users in resolving technical or functional issues. Updating application components, either due to a version change sent by the supplier, to resolve an incident, or to add new functionality. Assisting with production during extended hours, including on‑call duty during American market opening hours, holidays, etc. Meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents. Manage product ticketing for incidents and support. Qualifications + 5 years working with ‘ORC’ and ‘Tbricks’ products at both the support and administrator/functional levels. General knowledge of markets and electronic trading instruments. General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and ShellScript. Fluent English Level Technical and functional knowledge of applications related to electronic market activity , both at the support and administration levels. Good communication skills.
