Intellectual Property : Seprotec’s Intellectual Property Business Unit offers a comprehensive range of professional IP solutions to corporations and law firms that streamline IP operations, assisting clients with every patent or trademark issue, in any jurisdiction and any language and on a proprietary platform. We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid as a Language Engineer . Responsibilities Explore, design, and implement solutions, tools and algorithms for NLP, leveraging LLMs and prompt engineering. Work with TMSs, API integrations and integration tools. Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and automate routine tasks. Partner closely with teams across localization, integration, and operations to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Analyze and process large volumes of data. Designing and updating language models and MT systems. Background in Localization Technologies is preferred. Customize and optimize our CAT tools, TMSs and/or similar tools to meet internal projects' requirements. Conducting research and experimentation to enhance language processing capabilities. Requirements Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and data management. Background in Localization Technologies is preferred. Proficiency in localization and Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools. Basic knowledge about programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Solid understanding of linguistics, syntax, and semantics. Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries.Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions. Familiarity with workflow management platforms. Proficiency in English and Spanish. What We Offer International environment, flat hierarchies and short communication channels.
