If so, we’d love to meet youWe are seeking a highly motivated M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies—ensuring that strategic goals are realized, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly post‑acquisition.What You’ll DoBusiness Understanding and Strategic AnalysisConduct in‑depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth driversDefine and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic prioritiesTrack post‑acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovationSupport the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business linesLead Integration Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functionsCoordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integrationIdentify key risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuityContinuously improve integration playbooks and processes, capturing best practices for future transactionsFoster Stakeholder Alignment and CommunicationServe as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and prioritiesCollaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working, systems, and processesCommunicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholdersAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integrationStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured, data‑driven approachProven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and non‑technical teamsHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable—thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environmentsPassionate about driving real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovationBenefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performanceHealth insurance and other benefits, such as flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeOpportunity to have a real impact in a high‑growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our marketsHome office friendlyResponsibility from day one, and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withEnglish lessonsGympass membershipPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowWe have free food, drinks, and fruit at the officeThank you for considering joining Fever.
