Descripción del empleo As a senior tax advisor you will be part of an expanding tax team that is responsible for more than 80 companies located in Spain (Mainland & Islands). The purpose of the position is to help local tax team to manage all Spanish group’s tax areas, including giving support to other local departments (Finance, Legal, Purchasing, IT…) as well as Global tax team. At Eurofins we are searching for a senior tax advisor with a main focus on direct taxation and consolidation regime. However, the perfect candidate will also have knowledge on indirect taxation and will have interest in participating in other tax areas (direct or indirect). Your day to day work will include: Monitor and calculate CIT positions for a tax unity of more than 80 companies. This will also include dealing with Group’s Tax Reporting formalities such as month-end provisions, ETR control, etc. Monitor and control General ledger tax positions. General tax advising to all the group companies and internal stakeholders on both direct and indirect taxation. Manage tax requirements received from Tax Authorities to ensure they are answered on time. Preparation and update of TP documentation of the group. Assistance to tax manager in tax audit procedures. Deal with external advisors when required. Requisitos Business Administration/Economy/Law degree. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as tax advisor, preferably in Big 4/International Law firm or multinational in-house tax team. Strong technical knowledge in CIT consolidation regime is a must. Strong technical Knowledge in CIT accounting (month-end CIT postings, DTA/DTL control, etc). Master’s degree in Tax is a plus. Technical knowledge in other direct or indirect taxes is a plus. Fluency in English Ability to work as a team player. Detail-oriented with an ability to stay organized and prioritize.
