Green Hat Consulting is a consultancy firm within the wind energy sector based in La Coruña (Spain) which focuses on Sales, Asset Management, technical and/or commercial project management as well as contract management activities on behalf of wind energy contractors internationally.Green Hat has a lean structure focusing on delivering the different assignments with top quality and professionalism.Green Hat is currently seeking to expand the consultancy services team with top talented wind consultants (technical, commercial, contract and/or Project Managers profiles).Assignments Will IncludeAsset management for offshore wind operational projectsManaging Tendering and Contract negotiations for TSA and/or SMA package for renewable projectsManaging Tendering and Contract negotiations for Balance of Plant package for renewable projectsManaging the contracts and settle claims of renewable projectsManaging vessel charter agreements for renewable projectsWhat we are looking for?Excellent communication skills in English is a must given that the assignments will be for international projects2‑5 years of experience preferable within wind (onshore/offshore) in a commercial, technical and/or contracting roleA colleague with structured mindset, capacity to work under pressure, fast learner and work hard whilst having funProven experience in FIDIC based contract agreements is a plusProven experience in contracting processes related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plusProven experience in commercial project management, sales and/or procurement roles related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plusRequirementsUniversity Degree in Engineering or similarBased in Spain on La Coruña area or willingness to relocate to La CoruñaProfessional use of the Microsoft Office package (specially Powerpoint, Word and Excel)English: C1 Advanced level or similarAvailability to travel depending on company's requirementsGood communicator with positive attitude and willingness to make a difference whilst having funIn Addition, We Will Value The FollowingResidence in La Coruña area or willingness to relocate to La CoruñaExperience on project execution activities (focus on renewable assets)Experience on due diligence services (focus on renewable assets)Experience on asset management activities (focus on renewable assets)MBAWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow and learn in a fast moving environment in the renewable energy sector whilst having fun in our teamMonday to Friday, 40h/weekCompetitive salary depending on proven experienceContact Details Of The Hiring ResponsibleJavier Mourazos, Director, Green Hat Consulting SL******#J-18808-Ljbffr
