The mastermind behind the symphony of schedules, materials, timelines, and workflows. You’re not just managing a production plan; you’re orchestrating the heartbeat of aerospace innovation.What You’ll DoSchedule & Coordinate – Create and oversee production schedules coordinating the flow of works and materials to meet deadlines.Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels – Monitor availability and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses.Material Requirement Planning – Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.Resource Allocation – Plan that the right equipment, materials, and staff are available and allocated correctly for production.Monitoring Production – Coordinate and oversee with the Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress.Problem solving – Identify and resolve production disruptions, bottlenecks and other issues that could impact output.Coordination with other departments – Collaborate with Production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.Reporting and Documentation – Document production performance and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organized record of product information, orders and transactions.Process Improvement – Analyze production processes and find ways to improve efficiency, reduce and increase productivity.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Management, or related field.Proven experience (4-8 years) in Production Planning.Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics will be preferred).English will be your working language.
