We operate a Magento-based commerce and customer platform that serves as our primary system of engagement. Magento integrations feed our TrueView asset tracking and support platform, which manages device assets, lifecycle events, support tickets, and contract coverage. TrueView then integrates with enterprise systems, including ServiceNow (ITSM / IT Asset Management) and NetSuite (financial and operational systems). We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to own the end-to-end integration layer across Magento, TrueView, ServiceNow, and NetSuite, with primary responsibility for Magento → TrueView integrations and secondary responsibility for enterprise system integrations. This role is for an engineer who thinks in integration patterns and data ownership, not just point-to-point connections. Tasks Magento & Core Platform Integrations (Primary Focus) Own and maintain Magento ↔ TrueView integrations. Design and support integrations for: Customers and accounts Orders, entitlements, and asset creation Asset lifecycle and status events Work with Magento APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous integration patterns. Ensure Magento-originated data flows reliably and accurately into TrueView and downstream systems. Partner with internal Magento and backend teams to evolve integration contracts safely. Enterprise Integrations (ServiceNow & NetSuite) Design and maintain TrueView ↔ ServiceNow integrations supporting: Incidents and service requests IT asset visibility and lifecycle data Build ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, scripted integrations, import sets, and transform maps. Integrate operational and financial data with NetSuite, collaborating with NetSuite administrators and developers as needed. Apply enterprise integration patterns: System of record vs system of engagement Event-driven vs scheduled synchronization Idempotency, retries, reconciliation, and error handling Monitoring and observability Enterprise Customer Delivery Participate in technical discovery with enterprise customers. Translate business requirements into clear integration designs and data mappings. Support testing, go-live, and production troubleshooting. Contribute to security, architecture, and change-management reviews. Documentation & Standards Produce and maintain: Integration architecture diagrams Data ownership and mapping documentation Runbooks and operational support guides Help define and enforce integration standards and best practices across the platform. Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (ITSM and/or ITAM). 5+ years of experience designing and supporting system-to-system integrations. Hands-on experience integrating with Magento or similar commerce platforms. Solid understanding of integration patterns and data architecture. Experience working with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, pagination, retries, and error handling. Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and enterprise customer stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience integrating with Magento in a production environment. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD). Experience integrating with NetSuite or other ERP/financial systems. Familiarity with asset lifecycle, device management, or support platforms. Experience with iPaaS or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), even if not currently used. What Success Looks Like Stable, well-documented Magento → TrueView integrations that scale reliably. Clean, consistent asset and lifecycle data flowing into ServiceNow and NetSuite. Faster enterprise customer onboarding through reusable integration patterns. Reduced operational risk from brittle or poorly governed integrations.
