Industrial controlling: Monitoring production costs and analyzing deviations. Profitability analysis: Conducting profitability analyses for the main business lines. Consolidated profitability and margin analysis: Providing consolidated analysis of profitability and margins for customers and products. Assisting various Group subsidiaries with incident resolution, defining global criteria, performing specific analysis, coordinating with local CFOs, and providing training, support, and oversight for plant controllers.
