Gestionar la estrategia y operaciones de Recursos Humanos para la región Iberia, alineando políticas globales con necesidades locales. Liderar procesos clave, toma de decisiones estratégicas y garantizar el desarrollo del talento en entornos multiculturales. Responsabilidades Implementar políticas globales adaptadas a Iberia. Asesorar a los departamentos y managers en temas relacionados con RRHH (relaciones laborales, cumplimiento normativo). Participar en decisiones estratégicas sobre estructura, compensación y desarrollo. Gestionar el ciclo completo del empleado (reclutamiento, onboarding, desarrollo, offboarding). Supervisar nóminas y cumplimiento legal en España y Portugal. Optimizar y administrar Workday para la región. Elaborar reportes y KPIs para la toma de decisiones. Actuar como socio estratégico del negocio y gestionar el cambio. Requisitos : Experiencia: +8 años en RRHH, 3 en liderazgo regional. Dominio de Workday . Legislación laboral española y portuguesa. Idiomas: Español y Portugués fluido . Disponibilidad para viajar. Soft Skills Liderazgo e influencia. Comunicación efectiva y negociación. Orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones. Adaptabilidad y gestión del cambio. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos globales. Formación Grado en RRLL, Psicología, ADE o similar. Máster en RRHH o especialización internacional (deseable).
