Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven, experimental Growth Product Owner to accelerate the growth of our web-based products. In this role, you will own growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through retention and monetization—using experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact. You will identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, and optimize conversion funnels and user journeys. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and scrappy execution, with an obsessive focus on metrics and a growth-at-all-costs mindset that still respects user experience. What You'll Do Growth Strategy & Experimentation Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization Build and maintain a robust experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and success metrics Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize key conversion funnels Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data analysis and user research Establish and track North Star metrics and key growth KPIs Backlog Management & Agile Execution Maintain and prioritize product backlog with clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Lead backlog refinement and requirements planning sessions with development teams Translate growth experiments and initiatives into detailed technical requirements Manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure development team has clarity on priorities Work closely with engineering to estimate effort and balance speed with quality Funnel Optimization &
