If you love designer toys and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our productsSupport the Store Manager in daily store operationsEnsure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealingHandle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier pointMonitor product availability and support stock managementHelp with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damageParticipate in new product launches and merchandising updatesFollow all company policies and proceduresBe a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environmentBe available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing roleFluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skillsA proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer serviceAbility to support sales goals and contribute to team performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasksReliable and well-organized, with strong attention to detailBasic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like schedulingGood time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficientlyA team player who brings positivity and helps motivate othersDesirable but Not EssentialExperience in the toy or collectibles industryKnowledge of visual merchandising techniquesFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systemsSchedule:Monday to SundayWeekend availabilityExperience:Retail experience: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification:Right to Work in Spain (required)
