Descripción de la oferta

Desde Grupo Planeta nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Growth Marketing Lead que trabaje con diferentes negocios del Grupo Planeta en las estrategias de crecimiento en los distintos canales y plataformas.

¿Cuáles serían tus principales funciones?

  • Formarás parte del Departamento de Innovación, donde se gestan gran parte de los nuevos proyectos del Grupo Planeta.
  • Definirás estrategias Growth en diferentes negocios.
  • Trabajarás muy de la mano del resto de equipos de área para definir estas estrategias.
  • Deberás estar al día de las nuevas tecnologías, plataformas y canales de marketing para hacer crecer a los negocios del Grupo.
  • Analizarás los resultados de los distintos canales y, en base a estos análisis, propondrás mejoras y nuevas estrategias a los negocios con el objetivo de mejorar sus KPIs.
  • También analizarás el mercado y la competencia para poner contexto y tener referencias de lo que está ocurriendo en el sector.
  • Compartirás recomendaciones y buenas prácticas, así como recursos que sean de utilidad para los negocios.

Ofrecemos un contrato indefinido, con jornada completa y horario de oficina, con los viernes por la tarde libres.
