The Role: The Master Data Management Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's master data. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Analyze and document business requirements related to master data management. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data management solutions. Monitor data quality and integrity across systems. Provide training and support to users on data management practices. Team Structure: You will work closely with data stewards, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to ensure effective data management. Ideal Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and analytical skills, along with a strong understanding of data management principles. Skills: MDM, Business Analysis, P&C insurance domain exp is must. Core Competencies: Data Analysis & SQL, MDM Project Exposure, Agile Project Delivery: Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
