Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Soporte a Operaciones – Gestión de Cambios con 1 a 3 años de experiencia, capaz de trabajar en entornos tecnológicos complejos y regulados. El rol es técnico y centrado en el análisis, coordinación y seguimiento de cambios, con interacción continua con equipos internacionales y alto nivel de rigurosidad. Requisitos clave Experiencia en gestión de cambios tecnológicos en entornos de alta criticidad (banca, seguros, telecom o similares). Capacidad para analizar solicitudes de cambio: impacto, riesgos, dependencias y plan de implementación. Experiencia coordinando CABs (Change Advisory Boards): convocatorias, moderación, elaboración de actas y seguimiento. Dominio de ServiceNow para la gestión de cambios: CTASKs, plantillas, flujos de aprobación y validación. Conocimiento práctico de ITIL, especialmente gestión del cambio e integración con incidentes, problemas y CMDB. Inglés fluido, tanto oral como escrito, para interlocución con equipos globales. Habilidades de documentación y reporting: creación de informes diarios, mensuales y ad hoc sobre la evolución de los cambios. Experiencia en automatización de procesos de cambio y uso de dashboards en Power BI o Grafana. Lo que aportas Perfil técnico con capacidad analítica. Rigor, organización y atención al detalle.
