Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Architect.ResponsibilitiesDefinition of Solutions and Architecture: align solutions with company architecture standards, considering security, licensing and integration with all relevant architecture domains.Intervention and Support in Critical Projects: act as foremost technology expert, providing guidance to resolve technical obstacles and ensuring correct implementation and quality of delivered solutions.Shape relevant technical architecture roadmaps: identify scope, prioritization, delivery timelines and plans to reduce technical debt, ensuring long‑term sustainability and scalability.Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies to deliver quick wins and significant business benefits, keeping the architecture at the cutting edge.Quality Assurance and Compliance: review and ensure solution quality so it rigorously meets defined technical requirements and aligns with strategic vision.Provide thought leadership, training and mentoring to other team members, developing overall technical capability and acting as role model for technical excellence.Qualifications5+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.High level of English.BenefitsPermanent contract.Home Office.Health insurance.Professional development: Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is a global digital company specializing in accelerating the Business Experience (BX) of our clients through customer‑centric solutions, technology, and data – all enhanced by AI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
