Februar 2026 (Noch 30+ Tage Zeit für Bewerbung)job requisition id: **Summary**We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join Almirall on a temporary basis as **In-house** **Corporate Governance** **Counsel Associate Director.** The role will focus on providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, whilst staying current with evolving legal regulations to guide the organization in maintaining high standards of corporate governance.Reporting to the Senior Director Legal & Corporate Governance, this person will be working closely with the legal and compliance function within the General Counsel Area, as well as with other key company stakeholders and external advisors as applicable to ensure robust governance practices aligned with laws and company policies.**Responsibilities*** Conduct legal research to stay current on evolving corporate governance laws and requirements in Spain and EU countries. Provide legal advice on governance practices within the Spanish and European legal framework, including requirements and recommendations from the Spanish stock market regulator CNMV.* Draft and/or review of annual reports and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the applicable legal requirements and best practices.* Draft and/or review corporate governance policies and updated versions, in compliance with laws and the company's code of ethics.* Ensure implementation of the continuous update of the corporate governance information in the Almirall website and other corporate publications, in cooperation with Communication Department.* Ensure maintenance of updated corporate records, statutory registers, and governance documentation.**Education and Experience*** University and (preferable) master's degrees in law and bar membership in Spain.* Minimum 5 years of legal experience on corporate law, corporate governance and/or company secretarial functions in the Spanish legal system.**Competencies*** Good knowledge of Spanish and EU corporate laws and regulations, including as regards to listed companies.* Fluent level of English and Spanish both oral and written. Other languages is a plus.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
